For the well being and comfort, our apartments are non smoking and pets are not accepted.
Late arrival fee (after 8pm) : 20 euros.
Conditions of rent :
– Credit card information is required as warranty.
– In case of cancellation or modification until 30 days before the check-in date, the establishment does not take any fee.
– In case of cancellation, late modification or no-show within the last 30 days before arrival date, the establishment requires 50 % of the total amount of the reservation. If the holiday is curtailed, the rental fee will be retained by the Owner. No refund is due in this case.
